Rockin’ Videos to Fire You Up About Pregnancy and Birth

by Birth Without Fear on November 3, 2010

I see so many videos that are inspiring (one way technology is great)! I’ll share a couple each week and they will be saved in the “Rockin’ Videos” category to your right. If you have any videos you see that you love and would like to be shared on the Birth Without Fear Blog, let me know!

This first video, I can only share as a link. It is one of the most amazing birth video compilations I have ever seen. I may not like women birthing on their backs or a few other things, but overall, birth is treated as normal and very hands off here. Families and fathers are very involved. The doctors completely trust birth as babies are allowed to emerge on their own. I promise that you will not regret watching this inspiring video!

This next video is freakin’ rad. I am not kidding. It is an exceptionally well done computer animated video of conception to birth. It will blow your mind, not to mention the music is great!

Man alive, that first video had me bawling! The woman with the blonde curly hair was so ecstatic, truly inspiring.

I am looking for a video which I though was on this post earlier. On this video a woman was laboring longer “alone” at her home. She was making sounds, mourning, singing, making horse lips, she was really creative on vocalizing. It would be great if you could get this video played again. I think she gave birth by standing.
