Home Birth Announcement and Picture: Post Dates, Fast Labor & Great Support!

I just love Katelyn. She has been a BWF follower for some time. I love her awesome, fun, and beautiful self. She’s a talented photographer with a unique and special style, and hass generously shared pictures for the BWF Blog! So…I was very excited to receive this email from her. Congrats mama!

I just wanted to share with you that on Tuesday, December 13th at 2:30am, I birthed our baby girl, Penelope Marilyn, into this world in our living room. It was a super fast and strong labor and beautiful water birth. We were surrounded by my wonderful husband, good friend who photographed it and loving midwife as my baby and I worked together to birth at 41 weeks and 2 days. She’s pretty spectacular if I say so myself! Here’s a photo if you want to see just how adorable she is. 🙂
