That moment when baby is finally earthside, when mom thinks, “Finally!” is one of those moments in life that is highly anticipated, never forgotten and forever special. When a picture is captured of this moment, it is always amazing to see. It is not only beautiful and raw, but as if we are seeing something (almost) that we shouldn’t be. It is that special.

Pictures are so powerful. They tell a story in a single second and write a book within minutes. I am not a Mother yet but when the day arrives for me to make decisions, your blog, the women you feature, the bravery and tenacity you bring to light, will all be my inspiration. I know now what I did not when I began researching natural birth… it’s something I absolutely CAN do!! Namaste!
